TNT Fitness is one of the most community and family oriented gyms I’ve ever attended. We always join in on a class when we are visiting family in Appleton and each time always feels approachable and welcoming. They genuinely meet you where you’re at with zero judgment, which makes showing up so much easier. What really sets TNT Fitness apart is how holistic their approach is. They don’t just focus on workouts. They look at the root of your health, including your setup, habits, and supplements, to help support your whole life, not just your time in the gym. There’s a strong emphasis on strength training, which I love. If you’ve looked at the research at all, you know strength is where real, lasting change happens (especially for women), and they take that seriously in the best way. Huge shoutout to Sam. He’s an incredible trainer. Knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you feel stronger and more confident over time. The entire team works together to create a healthy, motivating, and truly inclusive environment. It never feels competitive in a negative way. Just encouraging and supportive. Added bonuses that matter. Ample parking, super clean space, an Nespresso machine, and as a woman, I always feel completely comfortable and safe being there. Brent ensures everyone feels welcomed, included, and motivated to reach the best version of themselves. I have worked out with Coach Sam, and he provides personal workouts tailored to your fitness goals that has pushed me to improve inside and outside the gym. As a woman who is not comfortable with weight training, I was nervous at first but I found the team at TNT to be incredibly open, welcoming, and encouraging. The environment is supportive to all levels of fitness and body types. TNT is the perfect fit if you are looking to build confidence while getting stronger in a positive and inclusive space.
TNT fitness is on a level all it’s own! I have been a member of the smaller gyms in the past and those beefheads had really turned me off of wanting to try a place like TNT Fitness. I only went along because a friend invited me to a free week several times. I told her and the owner right out that I wasn’t interested in joining and there was no pushing, they strictly gave me a week free to see what they had to offer. Man, was I blown away. I had the opportunity to experience 1:1 training with my friend and her trainer DJ, small group with Diego, and large group with Diego. The communication with Brent, the owner, was uplifting, clear, and friendly. Fast forward 3 weeks and I am now a member of TNT Fitness and have also had the pleasure of working with another trainer, Luke! I cannot say enough about all of these gentlemen. I had been a member of Planet Fitness because I do suffer from some issues that slow me down or make it extremely difficult to do certain moves and at PF, I can go at my pace and skip anything I cant do. All of the TNT trainers have been understanding and tailored/modified some of the exercises to help me stay active and keep up with my peers and still get the same workout in. I truly look forward to each of my workouts and the trainers. If that wasn’t enough, I have been accepted by the other clients who cheered me on from day 1! I can’t say enough great things about the gym and the trainers...you just have to see it and experience it yourself!
